Riffina is an AI music creation app. You write lyrics, pick a style and a music engine, and AI engines generate the song. You can also create fictional artists and, if you choose, clone a singer’s voice from songs made inside Riffina.

The songs are made by third-party AI engines (currently Mureka, Google’s Lyria through the Gemini API, and ElevenLabs). Results vary, and an engine may sometimes fail or produce something you don’t like. [TO CONFIRM: whether any engine terms pass through to users]

• You must be 13 or older, and you confirm this when you sign up.
• If you’re under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you. [TO CONFIRM: wording for minors, with counsel]
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

• Making songs uses credits. 1 credit makes 1 Standard song.
• If a song fails, the credits for it are refunded to your account automatically.
• New accounts get a free welcome credit. Songs made with it are for personal use only (see below).
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money. [TO CONFIRM]
• Paid credits aren’t on sale yet. When they are, they’ll be sold through Apple and Google in-app purchases and Stripe, and the price, expiry and refund rules will be shown before you buy. [TO CONFIRM: paid credit terms, expiry and refunds]

• Your lyrics stay yours. You keep any rights you have in the lyrics and other material you put into Riffina.
• You give us permission to use them to run Riffina. That means storing them, sending them to the music engine you pick, and showing your songs back to you. [TO CONFIRM: scope of the licence you grant us, with counsel]
• Free credit songs are for personal use only. Songs made with the free welcome credit can’t be used commercially (for example, released on streaming services, sold, or used in paid ads).

• AI label. Every song made in Riffina is labelled as AI-generated. Don’t present a Riffina song as made without AI where that would mislead people.

When you use Riffina, don’t:

• Use lyrics or other material you don’t have the right to use, such as someone else’s song lyrics.
• Try to copy or imitate a real person’s voice, or pass off a song as being by a real artist. Voices can only be cloned from songs made inside Riffina.
• Make content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or encourages violence or self-harm.
• Use Riffina to deceive people, for example with fake songs meant to be taken as real recordings of someone.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the limits or security of Riffina or the music engines, or access other people’s accounts.

You can report any song in the app. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms, usually within 48 hours. [TO CONFIRM: review process and timeframe] For copyright notices, see Support.

You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. [TO CONFIRM: notice, appeals and what happens to unused paid credits]

Riffina is new and still changing. We provide it “as is”: we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every song will turn out the way you want. [TO CONFIRM: disclaimers, with counsel (EU consumer law limits these)]

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is important, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Riffina after that, the new terms apply.
